Additional services:

• Mast stepping/unstepping - $50 each way up to 26' with with hinged tabernacle

• Mast stepping/unstepping - $250 each way with boom truck/hoist, max. 300 lb./30 ft. mast
  This service available Wed./Thurs after 1 PM only

• Haul-Out/Put-In - $150 out (includes first hour blocking, see below)/$100 in

• Blocking to stands - First hour included (usually one hour is all it takes) additional time $75/hr.

• Dry workspace rental - $115/mo (includes rental for 5 stands) or $102/mo with paid up wet slip

• Rental of  extra stands - $10/mo each

• Hull pressure washing - $3.00/foot Temporarily suspended

*NOTE:  Due to the overwhelming response to our hauling service,
we must restrict this service to our existing and future Browns Creek Sailing Marina customers.
In some cases, we have found that a hauling customer wishes to have the boat delivered to an intermediate location to work on the boat rather than directly to our marina.
Therefore, we must charge, on all hauling, a $200 deposit toward storage space at
Browns Creek Sailing Marina.
